Community Work

URBN JEWISH COMMUNITY

As part of leadership for the Jewish Community ERG at URBN, I’ve helped organize the annual Hannukah Party. In 2023, we collaborated with URBN brands to create a raffle baskets. With donation for tickets to the baskets, we were able to raise money for a local Jewish charity that gives meals to the community during the holiday season.

HIDDUR MITZVAH ART INSTALLATION

As part of the Jewish Community at URBN, myself and other members were given the opportunity to create an art exhibit in Building 543. We collected Judaica from the community and I helped to install the pieces. This was a wonderful way to educate our coworkers and celebrate our Jewish identity at URBN.

Parents and caregivers erg

As a member of the Parents and Caregivers ERG I’ve led Urban Outfitters in the annual Backpack Drive with ACHIEVEability, a local non-profit. Through my organizing, UO donated 40+ filled backpacks the last two years to add to URBN’s 300+ backpack total! I support in communication, organizing, and packing of the backpacks for this event.

I also participate in supporting the semi-annual URBN Supply Swap, where parents bring in their pregnancy/kid supplies they no longer need to swap with other URBN workers.
